Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on craftsmanship. Gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques through the GC certification program. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music.
