Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, identifying opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve issues independently. Build business through great customer service and quality craftsmanship, utilizing foundational product knowledge to assist in inventory maintenance.
