Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while building business through quality interactions. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory as requested. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and may be asked to train learners.
