Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty repairs. Assist in inventory maintenance and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Work through the GC certification program to apply sales techniques and gain product knowledge. Train learners on repair techniques and product information.
