Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store-owned gear. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to increase business through quality craftsmanship. Handle customer service issues as needed and follow through on identified opportunities to resolve work activities. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, and sales while training learners on techniques.
