Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues and identifying opportunities to increase business through quality work. Maintain store inventory and complete additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. Successful technicians demonstrate initiative, customer focus, and the ability to sell through the GC certification program.
