Repair Tech (Guitar) provides maintenance and repair on customer-owned instruments and assists in maintenance of store inventory, driving business through excellent customer experience and quality work. Responsibilities include interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience, servicing customer-owned instruments with craftsmanship, maintaining store-owned gear, completing warranty repair work, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requirements emphasize skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with opportunities to gain foundational product knowledge through GC certification program and to train learners in techniques and information.
