Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle additional duties as assigned while applying skilled understanding of repairing guitars. Gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques through the GC certification program. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians and enable customers to experience the joy of creating music.
