Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and problem resolution. Handle additional duties as assigned, including utilizing GC certification principles to support sales techniques and training learners. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music through quality craftsmanship and inclusive service.
