Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences, addressing service issues and providing excellent support. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
