Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers while following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues or capitalize on sales potential. Gain base understanding of products and sales techniques through GC certification. Provide training to learners on product knowledge and repair techniques.
