Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repairs, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle customer service issues. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. Train learners on techniques and communicate product information effectively. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program.
