Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested while delivering a high level of craftsmanship and excellent customer experience. Handle customer service issues directly and interact with clients to ensure satisfaction. Additional duties as assigned include following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on work activities. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, effectively train learners, and develop skills in store operations and leadership. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
