Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly, demonstrating genuine knowledge and an encouraging approach. Complete additional duties as assigned, including following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities.
