Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Additional duties as assigned include following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, effectively train learners, and develop skills in store operations and leadership.
