Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers while following through on work activities to capitalize on sales opportunities. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales techniques, effectively train learners, and develop leadership skills within the team.
