Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers while identifying opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve issues proactively. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques and store operations.
