Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service inquiries with a genuine, knowledgeable approach. Identify opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales through the GC certification program. Train learners on techniques and product knowledge. Work full-time hours with an inclusive environment focused on customer service and craftsmanship.
