Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and service gear with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned equipment as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers while following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues or capitalize on sales. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in store operations and leadership.
