Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and assist in building business through quality customer experiences. Handle customer service issues, interact with clients to ensure satisfaction, and follow through on identified opportunities to resolve tasks without prompting. Additional duties as assigned may include learning product and sales techniques through the GC certification program and training other learners. This role supports Guitar Center's mission of nurturing lifelong musicians and enabling everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
