Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Work through the GC certification program to understand products and sales techniques, while developing skills in training learners and communicating technical information. Execute additional duties as assigned to support store operations and increase business through quality craftsmanship.
