Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service customer-owned gear with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned equipment as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive interactions. Additional duties as assigned may include following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities and developing knowledge in product and sales techniques.
