Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues, identify operational opportunities, and follow through on assigned tasks. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and assist in training learners.
