Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers to build relationships and capitalize on opportunities through initiative. Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, and effectively train learners on techniques.
