Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Provide high-level craftsmanship for instrument repairs, complete warranty work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with an approachable and genuine demeanor. Execute additional duties as assigned, including following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales opportunities.
