Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work as assigned. Maintain store-owned gear and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve operational challenges. Gain product knowledge through certification and train learners on techniques and store operations.
