Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music within an inclusive environment.
