Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers while following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues or capitalize on sales. Requirements include a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with preferences for foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. This role supports the mission of nurturing lifelong musicians and enabling others to experience the joy of creating music.
