Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and assist in sales techniques. Train learners on product and store operations. Work full-time hours with an inclusive environment focused on customer experience.
