Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing excellent customer service. Perform additional duties as assigned while utilizing initiative to identify and resolve operational opportunities. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music through quality instrument care.
