Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Build business through quality craftsmanship and great customer service. Additional duties as assigned. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars with foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
