Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty work. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
