Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with an approachable and genuine demeanor. Execute additional duties as assigned, including following through on identified opportunities to resolve operational issues.
