Guitar Technician - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work while ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales techniques, then effectively train learners on these concepts. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
