Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with high-level craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues and following through on identified opportunities. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales and leadership.
