Repair Technician (Guitar) at Guitar Center focused on performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assisting in maintenance of store inventory, completing warranty repair work, and delivering a strong customer experience. Responsibilities include interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience, servicing customer-owned instruments with craftsmanship, maintaining store gear, and supporting GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge.
