Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a genuine, approachable demeanor. Take initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues, capitalizing on sales through GC certification program training. Train learners on product knowledge and techniques.
