Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly to build trust and resolve inquiries. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music. You will work within an inclusive environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
