Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers directly and take initiative to resolve operational issues or capitalize on opportunities. Gain product knowledge through internal certification and train learners on techniques and store operations.
