Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to support business growth through quality craftsmanship and customer experience. Interact with customers to ensure positive outcomes and handle service issues with genuine knowledge. Additional duties as assigned. Requires skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge.
