Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a genuine, knowledgeable approach. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and train learners on techniques.
