Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Execute warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while ensuring a positive experience for every client. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete additional duties as assigned. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center offerings.
