Guitar Technician

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality work. Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
