Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues and following through on identified opportunities to resolve problems. Build business through quality work and assist in maintaining specific store inventory. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians and enable customers to experience the joy of creating music. Successful technicians connect meaningfully with customers, demonstrate initiative in resolving issues, and may participate in the GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques.
