Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Build business through quality work and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with preferences for foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain sales techniques and effectively train learners. Schedule and hours are flexible, with gig leave opportunities for musicians.
