Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with a high level of craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to build business through quality work. Interact with customers while developing product knowledge and sales techniques through the GC certification program. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
