Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and customer service. Handle customer service issues as needed while following through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities.
