Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to capitalize on sales or resolve operational issues. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership while working through the GC certification program. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
