Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and step in to resolve problems when needed. Identify opportunities and issues to capitalize on business growth or resolve them proactively. Work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
