Guitar Technician

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly to support their needs. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
